Kim Sweeney

Kim is a Law Clerk with over 25 years’ experience in advocating for Victims of Crime at the Victims of Crime Assistance Tribunal in both Victorian and Tasmanian jurisdictions. Kim began working with Angela Sdrinis Legal in 2015 and since then has acted as our resident VOCAT specialist and the Head of the Victims of Crime Department. Kim assists victims of crime in obtaining compensation under Victorian and Tasmanian legislation and prides herself on achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients, including assisting them to identify and claim for the resources they require to assist in their recovery.
Kim is also an integral member of the Comcare department at ASL, acting for injured workers and specialising in Permanent Impairment claims.
Kim is a Member of the Institute of Legal Executives.
