Tasmin Oswald

Tasmin completed a Bachelor of Laws majoring in International law and was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria in March 2024. She is a member of both the Law Institute of Victoria and the Australian Lawyers Alliance.
Tasmin began working with Angela Sdrinis Legal in 2023, supporting the Comcare team. Since her admission, Tasmin has been dedicated to working on historical institutional abuse matters.
Tasmin is passionate about providing a trauma informed approach to all aspects of the litigation process and providing clients with a supportive pathway to compensation.
